The location was decent. It offered convenient access to public transport.
The shower gel dispenser in my room was empty upon arrival, i asked for it to be refilled. this request was completely ignored, i had to find a housekeeper to get it done myself. It took forever or didn't come at all. the buttons barely worked.

The staff seemed nice and they rent bikes.
My room was at the front. Noise from trams was terrible from early morning until late night. Double glazed windows did not do much to reduce the noise. Curtains did not fit properly so light came in. I did not sleep well.

the location proved quite convenient. i found the proximity to public transport very useful. the breakfast offered a decent selection of items. the availability of parking on site was a definite plus.
the room was a bit dated. the decor felt quite austere. i noted the absence of a kettle in the room. staff could not provide one upon request which was a bit inconvenient.

The location is very central , near many points of interest. The staff were friendly . They were helpful. I noticed that they shipped a forgotten camera to Spain for a guest. I also appreciated that the rooms were very clean.
The shower doors did not close well , and the shower itself felt small.
